DESCRIPTION

This unique holster design allows you to forget old-fashioned thumb breaks that slow your draw and complicate re-holstering. The patented SERPA Technology lock engages the trigger guard as you holster the pistol and won't let go until you release it. The release is made using your normal drawing motion with the trigger finger beside the holster body.
Made specifically to meet the demands of tactical operations, this holster gives you the benefits of a drop-leg configuration for ideal holster location. It also comes equipped with a flexible thigh platform that conforms to leg size and a Y-harness suspension system for even weight distribution.

- Y-harness suspension system distributes weight evenly, keeps holster vertical when kneeling and allows use of pants pocket
- Quick-disconnect swivel buckles allow superior flexibility and quick holster mounting and dismounting

Left handed with a SR9c unfortunately for me Blackhawk doesn't feel the need to include us lefties in the SERPA clud, at least not when it comes to the SR9.
With that said, I LOVE the SERPA I've gotten for my G23. Just a bit miffed I can't get one for the SR9. Hoping this will change with the popularity of the SR9.

Great solid holster,I like how it locks in so no worry's about losing it or someone snatching your weapon.Comfortable to wear,the only down side is there is no compartment to hold your extra magazine,which arguable some might say is unnecessary,But to me its a must.Its one of those things that if you needed it you would want it at quick access. Fits my Ruger sr9 perfectly.

The holster is all that it is cracked up to be but the assembly instructions have a lot to be desired. I have a part I still don't know what to do with.

Great Holster !!! BUT: You MUST practice your Pistol DRAWS by smooth, consistent Release Button technique. Nice Locked-In-Pistol feature for weapon security AIN'T SO GREAT during adrenaline dump when you go All-Thumbs-a-Bumblin and experience total loss of your fine motor skills... Personally I don't favor gadgets that complicate matters when an imminent threat appears. I want NOTHING between me and my pistol in private citizen/concealed carry mode. On-Duty In-Uniform where a dirtbag may attempt a Gun-Grab of my service pistol is a whole different equation. What is your application for this holster ?? is the relevant question here.

I use this as my primary conceal carry holster and love it. The paddle makes for an easy on/off. Have not had to worry about the weapon and holster silhouette being an issue either. Highly recommend.

I recently bought this holster as a gift for my boyfriend. He is thrilled with it. I had to wait for a very long time to get the one that fits his gun, but he absolutely loves it. He especially likes the fact that his gun is "locked" in. I would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a great holster.
